FM24 Best Wonderkid Goalkeepers

I’m 99% certain that you’ll have realised that 5 Star Potential was a nod to the famous scouting grade for players with exceptional potential in Football Manager and every year we love to talk about Wonderkids and other great players our journeys uncover and it’s no different for Football Manager 2024 as we take a look at some players you should start scouting in your saves. 

Some of these players will be standout, household names and others just interesting prospects for all different types of clubs, basically, they are players we really like the look of. 

DENNIS SEIMEN
Club: Stuttgart

He was an absolute beast in FM23 so we’re expecting much of the same in FM24. Goalkeepers tend to be in their prime in their late twenties but if you look at Seimen’s attributes now they’re already well on their way. His Driven personality will drive him to be the best he can be which is a solid goalkeeper I wouldn’t suggest you have him as a ball playing ‘keeper but for the everything else, he’ll be fantastic.

GUILLAUME RESTES
CLUB: Toulouse

Arguably the best young goalkeeper on this year’s game, Restes is already a starter at Toulouse so he will command a high transfer fee but it’ll be worth every penny as he could be your goalkeeper for the next decade and beyond. His attributes suggest that he’ll be comfortable on the ball as well as being an outstanding shot stopper. He’s destined to be a top league goalkeeper for years to come.

ROME-JAYDEN OWUSU-ODURO
Club: AZ

Owusu-Oduro is one of the most gettable goalkeepers at the start of the game for a relatively low transfer value and he already possesses great goalkeeping technical attributes so if you’re a big team looking to stock up on wonderkids he could go out on loan and command a first team spot to gain that all important experience.
