GETTING TO KNOW FRIDAYNIGHTFM

I'm Joe.  37 years young and have been playing Championship/Football Manager for as long as I can remember, probably in the region of 20 years (Christ!) – I have been around the FM community in various roles for a number of years; FM Underground, The Dugout, Fever-Pitch, Los Wonderkids/Supports Interactive/FM Fanboys, mainly creating small content pieces like tactics, training, player guides and the like.

I took a short break from Football Manager in 2015 to concentrate on my real-life management career but the bug never left me and once again the game took over my life come FM17 time!

From early 2017 I was lucky enough to have been part of #WeStreamFM. Now I’m not a streamer, but I am a big community supporter and love to get behind a project, so along with the faces of the brand we set about creating a new type of community, one where the viewer gets to see real time football management, for better or for worse. We are very much in the growing stage of our project, but the long-term wish is for the community to be connected in a way it has never been able to before.

We took the decision in the run up to FM22 that we were going to focus our efforts towards our main content, The 5 Star Potential Podcast, and with that we decided that #WeStreamFM as a brand would cease to exist. I’m really looking forward for what comes next.
